Association of Certified Home Inspectors.) He exceeds their strict Inspection Code of Ethics and SOP. BW Inspections
carries full E&O Insurance and General Liability Insurance, and all inspections are done by Bob with over 25 years
experience in the building industry. He has operated his business for 7 years and has personally inspected over 3000 homes.
He knows what makes up a building and knows what to look for when it comes to doing a home inspection. For your added reassurance,

I have personally performed more than 3 thousand inspections on both residential and commercial buildings. 3. What did you do before becoming a home inspector? I was a Builder and Building Contractor for over 25 years and built both residential
and commercial buildings. 4. Are you Insured? Yes, We carry both E&O and General
Liability as required in Pennsylvania. 5.
Can you give me references? We can supply you with as
many satisfied customers as you would like. 6. What type of report do you offer? We offer an easy to read Online Report that you can access and download next day, You can see a sample by clicking

7. Do you include estimates in the report? As a courtesy, I will offer a range of costs (as per Pa. law), to repair or replace an
item if a client requests it at the inspection and the item doesn't require further evaluation. 8. Do you inspect the Roof? Yes,
