GENERAL INSPECTIONS - Our competitive pricing structure is based on
the size, type, and age of the property you are buying. Note: Size is determined by (s.f.) square footage of the home and

HOME INSPECTION (Basic)-Single family home up to 3000 sq.ft.and up to 30 yrs old. ($295)
NEW HOMES - Framing Inspection -
($175), Also known as Pre-Drywall inspection! This Inspection should be done when the framing has been completed
and before the insulation and drywall has been installed. This Inspection helps to find framing and other problems before
they are covered and hidden from view.
CONDO INSPECTIONS - ($265)

- 2 EPERM Canisters placed in home for min. 2 days according to EPA Regulations.

(Prices for General Inspections for homes older than 20 years or have addt'l equipment such

NOTICE: The Radon Certification Act requires that anyone who provides any radon-related service or
product to the general public must be certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. You are entitled
to evidence of certification from any person who provides such services or products. You are also entitled to a price list
for services offered. All radon measurement data will be sent to the Department as required in the Act and will be kept confidential.

30 Limited Home Inspection Guarantee
BW Inspection Services guarantees items that were inspected for 30 days following the
home inspection under the following conditions. The items covered are listed in the home inspection agreement and pertain
only to items that are found to be faulty and were obviously overlooked by the inspector. It does not cover items that for
any reason have become defective after the conclusion of the home inspection for any reason. A home inspection is not a guarantee
that problems won't arise after you move in. However, if you believe the problem existed at the time of the inspection
and should have been mentioned in your report, you should contact your inspector immediately. The homeowner should contact
the inspector immediately if any above items are found to fit the description above and allow the inspector to re-inspect
the items before taking any action to repair or replace the item unless the items poses a safety condition to the occupants.
BW Inspection Services reserves the right to repair or replace the said item to its normal functionality within a reasonable
time frame or, if the item is a high cost item (over $500), the BW Inspection Services may resolve the issue by means of insurance
coverage. BW Inspections also reserves the right to challenge any claims that are thought to be frivolous for personal gain.
